Portion used: The entire poster: because the image is poster art, a form of product packaging or service marketing, the entire image is needed to identify the product or service, properly convey the meaning and branding intended, and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image.
Low resolution?: The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original poster. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as counterfeit artwork, pirate versions or for uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
Purpose of use: Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work, product or service for which it serves as poster art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work product or service and know they have found what they are looking for.Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original artwork, namely the creator providing graphic design services, and in turn the marketing of the promoted item.
Replaceable?: As film poster art, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the same artwork or poster would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
Other information: Use of the poster art in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.

Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload:
The Flintstone House (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Flintstone_House). Because Cepreu K (Sergei)'s photo is much closer, better and clearer than the photo presently on the article, it does a far better job of conveying the architectural details of this unique structure. For those who haven't seen the building in person, Cepreu K's photo will provide a much better and clearer notion of its true style, and unique combination of design intent and innovatinve construction materials and techniques.
For these reasons, Cepreu K's photo should appear instead of (or at least in addition to) the current photo, as the primary photo accompanying the article. I'll appreciate your assistance in executing this change. Thank You.

Comment: Seems like they're all actually Cc-by-2.0, so you would want to use {{Cc-by-2.0}}. But other than that, everything seems OK. I'll try to get to these soon. Habstinat (talk) 03:10, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
