Reason: This image provides a useful illustration of the discussion in article excerpt, particularly this quote by LW:
"...far more than in any other self-portrait I am aware of, you are asking us, or requiring us, to momentarily inhabit your eyeballs, both of them, to identify with you in your act of looking as if it was our own. This “you-me” thing being the essence of the work."
I created both the painting and the photograph of the painting and would like to provide whatever permission is needed to post the image. If what I inserted above is not adequate I'd love to resubmit a proper form. Thank you thank you thank you :-)

Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: Veer Towers, because the current images are outdated or are renderings. Specifically, the infobox image is a rendering. The building opened in 2010.

The entire logo is used to convey the meaning intended and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the intended image.
The logo is of a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution.
Because it is a non-free logo there is almost certainly no free repesentation. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.
Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy, logo guidelines, and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.

Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload:Mark Overmars and Game Maker as there is no other picture of him, it should definitely be uploaded and added to the articles at least under fair use. On the Game Maker article I intend to put it under development history to write a little about the original program creator, Mark of course, and it would greatly help to have a picture of him, using the actual software he's so well known for.

File upload request declined. The file is copyrighted and not free. according to [1]: All materials on this site (c) copyright Laurence Bergreen 2013. Below the image in question is (c) Sigrid Estrada. It isn't clear who owns the license, but even if one of those two people released it as CC-by-NC-SA 3.0, it would not be usable on Wikipedia. For a free image to be used on Wikipedia, it would have to be released as either CC-by-2.0 CC-by-SA-2.0 or newer. File uploaded. Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia! Travis Allen is a California State Assemblyman and therefore an employee of the State of California. The Assembly Chief Clerk for California would also be an employee of the State of California. Therefore the PD-USGov license does not apply as it is a work of an employee of the State of California not a work of the United States Federal Government. Instead the PD-CAGov applies. Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: Cardigan Bay / Demonstrates to the public the scale and location of the Cardigan Bay military test ranges, this is publicly availible image and is part of the general push by the range operator QinetiQ to improve public knowlege and hence enhance public safety. The size and scope of the sea ranges are not possible to discribe in words as they are too abstract. The image is limited in scope to only include the ranges and sufficient land to give context.
This is intended to increase public awareness and safety
