Strong oppose
. This isn't even getting close.
No image credits, and a rather stubby image prose.
No suggestion pages.
The news section is a mess and requires a rewrite.
The "Selected article" section goes by far more than just summarizing the topic.
Image frames.
"Things to do" not formatted properly.
"Other portals" section is empty.
Excessive images and quotes at the intruduction.
I don't feel that there is any need to go on, please withdraw this and refer to
portal peer review
instead.
