Original – This very early 18th-century painting by Francesco Solimena shows the goddess Diana watching lovingly over the handsome shepherd Endymion as he sleeps surrounded by cherubs, Cupid and the shepherd's dogs. Great detail and look - the artist hasn't done too bad a job of the feet! I'm only mentioning that as I know from a few past comments some of you seem to have a bit of a foot fetish!
