Comment Hard to understand why this shouldn't have EV? It both has EV and also a good compositon, good light and it is a really useful picture released by the by the United States Navy - about the Expeditionary Combat Camera Underwater Photo Team.   • I'd say that this is centered on the photographer. Which is pretty encyclopedic. The image basically shows what it looks like when someone uses a camera underwater - for an article on just that it seems fairly important. It's not meant to show the individual parts of the gear, and it's not really relevant what he's taking a picture of.
