I'm not sure what you mean about the size, but the original file is 1,200 × 900 pixels. The worm is only partly shown because there may be 300 or more body segments; it is equivalent to a human portrait showing a head and shoulders. Staining is a normal microscopic technique. I know all that. Still, I would like to see a photo showing the natural state.
