Wikipedia:Featured picture candidates/Gunnar Sønsteby

Reason: I believe this would be a good FP for the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe on 8 May. I did not take this picture, and I have limited experience with the FP process, so I cannot do much if the picture is found technically wanting. The uploader seems to have put up a single-purpose account, and is not active. I still think the picture meets the criteria though, and it is already featured on Commons, and on both German and Spanish Wikipedia.
