Reason: Stumbled upon this when wikilinking an article to arcade. Found the composition to offer stunning beauty and the steel work just amazed me (as a structural engineer by education). Wasn't originally in Cleveland Arcade, but that has now changed and it is now the lead image, for which I believe it is warranted. This is the kind of photograph that just shouts "MAIN PAGE!" to me.
