Original – Farmhouse in Provence is an oil painting on canvas completed by Vincent van Gogh in 1888. It depicts a farmhouse in Arles, Provence. He contrasted complementary colours in order to give his work intensity. The painting is now in the National Gallery of Art, Washington.
