Based off the layouts of the other featured lists at Wikiproject Football, but with some additional sections that I thought are relevant. I believe it meets the featured list criteria (see /checklist), but that's up to you to decide :) Cheers, Daniel Bryant 08:06, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Questions: The list is accurate as of April 20, 2006 and yet it has players from 2007? I assume this is a typo? Also, what is the distinction between 2007 and present? Are players with 2007 listed no longer on the team as of today?--Jayron32|talk|contribs 18:25, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- With regards to 2006, yes, that was a typo - fixed. Thanks very much for that. With regards to present etc., the notes for the table include:
The source for this is CCM, where you can see the note "* = de-listed player" at the bottom. Yes, you are correct in interpreting that players listed "-2007" have been delisted, but played their last game for the Mariners early this year. Daniel Bryant 00:05, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]"Matches for CCM" dates are from season of first game for the Mariners to season of last game for the Mariners, with 'present' used if still at the club. - Support Cool, it makes sense now. Thanks for clearing all of that up. This list is great and deserves to be supported! --Jayron32|talk|contribs 23:52, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Support — perfect accompaniment to Central Coast Mariners FC; well-referenced and detailed - a credit to the encyclopedia, and a worthy addition to our ever-expanding collection of Featured Content. anthony[review] 09:27, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Support gets my backing too, a fine article. The Rambling Man 10:01, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Support, certainly a model for a featured list, I hope the other A-League team lists can be this good eventually. --Canley 08:58, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- That's on my to-do list :) Daniel Bryant 09:10, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. It's a nice list, but can it ever be considered stable (criterion 1e)? JPD (talk) 14:16, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. Criterion 1(e) I have always taken to refer to the stability of an article vis-a-vis edit warring. This article does not seem to have been the subject of such. Updating an article to keep it up-to-date and accurate does not make it unstable, it makes it a model example of how wikipedia should work.--Jayron32|talk|contribs 23:53, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Yes, unstable is interpreted as either a) edit warring or b) being the subject of a major incident (for FA, the perfect example is the recent FAC of Virginia Tech massacre). I concur with Jayron. Daniel Bryant 00:58, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
