Next up from the ESPYs stable, the Best MLS Player Award, which was introduced in 2006. As with the previous two lists nominated under my name, all comments and suggestions on how to improve the list are very much appreciated, and will be attended to as soon as possible. Comments

Put (MLS) after your first use of Major League Soccer, and then use the abbreviation.
"three and five choices " -> "three and five nominees "
"which period generally includes a portion" I don't think you need "period" here.
"Cuauhtémoc Blanco " needs a diacritic.
As does "Luciano Emílio".
"Dwayne De Rosario " -> de to De.
FC Toronto is actually Toronto FC, isn't it?
Multiple winners table -> those with the same record should be listed in alphabetical order.
Same for countries.

"is presented to the professional Major League Soccer player", as the MLS is listed as a fully professional league, isn't professional redundant as all players in the league are professional?

All of the references are well-formatted and the link-checker shows no dead links.
~~What makes SB Nation (ref 15) a reliable source? If I'm not mistaken, this is a site of blogs, which we wouldn't normally consider reliable.~~
