I am nominating this for featured article because I think that it meets all the FA criteria.

Oppose and recommend withdrawal. I note that in the last FAC, it was recommended that the nominator seek other improvement processes first. This article still has an open GAN (going on one month), and had an empty peer review. So, it doesn't look like much feedback was gathered or much action taken since the last FAC. In all fairness, the GAN and PR processes look horrifically backlogged, but this article still needs a lot of outside help. A few fundamental issues:

The prose is in very poor shape—for example, read the first few sentences of Cypriot championships, 1980s. The whole things needs an overhaul by a proficient English writer.
Before that happens, the sourcing needs an overhaul. It looks to be sourced mainly to works published by either the city or by the club itself. We need more neutral, secondary sources.
The proliferation of (rather ugly) tables affects readability, in my opinion. Find some other F.C. featured articles at Wikipedia:Featured articles and see how they are structured.

Oppose - As Laser says, it doesn't look like the writing has improved that much since the first FAC. Just one example from the 2000s: "After a difficult season in 2008-09 After a difficult championship in the 2008-09 Cypriot Second Division, returned to first division, winning in the final game Olympiacos (who wanted only a draw to win the promotion), leaving the opponent in the second division."
