I think the IP messed up the heading for a request and added a new duplicate request instead of fixing it, realizing the error they tried to remove the duplicate request, but was blocked by the filter. This was shortly after fixed by a clerk. This is indeed a false positive, but I don't think the filter needs to be modified as this should be a rare scenario and it will quickly be fixed by other users. Note: I can't figure out which part of the edit triggered the filter, so not definitely calling it a false positive yet (@other edit filter people - any tips on how to narrow down what triggered the filter?) That said, @Simicx:, there are significant problems with this edit:

You said that the subject of the article is your client. That implies a paid relationship, which means you're in violation of WP:PAID by not disclosing that. You also should not be editing the article directly, and instead should be making edit requests on the talk page.
Several of your additions were problematic - your changes were almost completely unsourced, the lists you added included several non-notable entries, and that ending "about me"-type section is entirely inappropriate for a Wikipedia article.
I will post further information on the conflict of interest and paid-contribution policies to your talk page.

Description: Add that it is in the northeastern US a childish slang term for a penis, which it is, I and many friends can attest to this.
