- This text is not appropriate for Wikipedia as it is a copy of http://www2.astro.psu.edu/~mrichards/webpage/research.html However if you rewrite this in your own original words, this could be a good topic. It is important to have indepencent references that support notability of an article about this person. I have removed the infringing text. Talk to me if you want to contest that. Air Rifle Techniques
[edit]Why I want to write this article
[edit]I wanted to write this article because I think this is the only subject I'm a true informed expert. I know information about a lot of subjects, but nothing wikipedia doesn't have. In addition to wanting to contribute to something I'm knowledgable about, I want to assist beginning air rifle shooters at a website people consider dependable.
Why I'm reluctant
[edit]I find wikipedia is about specfic topics of information such as a Greek god, or an animal, not something as subjective as a technique. I believe the article would be very subjective because everyone has a different view on how to shoot a gun.

- Since there are a number of sources this looks to be a valid topic. Call it air rifle techniques but do not write it as a how to guyide, but describe the techniques with references to say where the information comes from. Don't just present your point of view but give a variety of opinions, supported by references! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:30, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
