Mentor Expectations

1. 1Politely welcome and interact with learners when you are matched for mentorship.
2. 2Mentor only in areas you are comfortable teaching; ask another mentor for help if needed.
3. 3Do your best to make yourself available and be responsive to learners.
4. 4Use your words! Avoid "mentoring" by simply pointing editors to documentation pages.
5. 5When possible, encourage boldness and editing outside of sandboxes.
