This article strays from NOPV on occasions, and is not formatted very well. I think that the article should be split up into separate sections rather than simply be left as one long article, even though it is quite short. I believe that some parts of the article are also simply claims made by the author, and such sections are not backed up with verifiable references (for example, I have been unable to find any information about average speed of athletes increasing at a faster rate than it should normally increase considering technological development).
