[edit]Denied. Not ready to be a bot operator. Bot operators have to have the trust of the community and must have experience with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. You simply haven't been here long enough for that. You should spend some time editing as a normal editor, and if you still want to run a bot apply again after you have a good deal more experience. You would also have to be more specific than "mostly interwiki"; "interwiki" is fine, but "mostly" implies that you intend to do other things which would have to be specifically listed.
