Function details: Using a standard template-replace task I wrote (previously used for Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/WolfBot 3), the bot will replace usages of {{BPN}}, which has been obsoleted by {{Authority control}}.

If I get this right, we are replacing site-specific template with a generic one, meaning it is straightforward and non-controversial. Approved for trial (30 edits).
