Please ensure you have read WP:INTERWIKIBOT throughly. What languages will you be linking from? Also, how does this task qualify as "automatic" (and you've indicated you will be removing links too, which would require -force, which is not recommended) without the -autonomous option? — The Earwig ^(talk) 23:07, 3 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not until you answer the questions you've been asked. What languages will you be linking from? Have you read WP:INTERWIKIBOT? It will be scanning pages on English Wikipedia and will check if any link is present on another language edition, and is not present on the English Wikipedia article. I it will find any such link, it will add it to enwp article. Denied. – I'm sorry, but I'm going to say not now. The bot policy (with which you're expected to be familiar) stipulates that you must be familiar with the languages to which you're linking, and that is clearly not possible.
