Discussion
[edit]- Just noting that I'm aware WP:BOTUSERSPACE ("
any bot or automated editing process that affects only [...] their own userspace [...] and which are not otherwise disruptive, may be run without prior approval
") covers this use case — thought it best to still make an approval request — TheresNoTime (talk • they/them) 21:47, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]- @TheresNoTime: assuming this won't be asserting the "bot" attribute, so doesn't need a bot flag - correct? — xaosflux Talk 22:04, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- @Xaosflux: correct, and just to make this request even less useful, this statistic should probably be added to the AbuseFilter extension proper. Many thanks for taking a look at this so quickly though, and sorry to waste time — TheresNoTime (talk • they/them) 22:07, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

- Speedily Approved. as it is both ownspace, and low-volume. @TheresNoTime: not sure what you are really going to use this for, but it's no big deal. The grafana report seems to already have all of this. There are dynamic stats at MediaWiki:Abusefilter-status, but if you want to add another bot-managed template in there along with MusikBot's it might help. — xaosflux Talk 22:44, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
