Function details: As detailed in Task 31, MOS:NUMBERSIGN say that when abbreviating "number" the shorthand No. should be used and not #.
Within sports templates, the bot will change No. and # into {{abbr|No.|Number}}. For the "initial run" the bot will focus on templates transcluding {{CBB Standings Entry}} (basketball) and {{CBSB Standings Entry}} (baseball), but the future/quarterly runs will also include the original {{CFB Standings Entry}} (football) to catch that year's standings.
