Function Details: This bot will replace EssjayBot III (talk · contribs) in its task of archiving User talk: pages. The code is entirely my original creation and will be a major rewrite of the thing that was running under EssjayBot (also my code). Source will be available pretty soonish, probably included into the pywikipedia tree.

Bot flag would be quite welcome - minor bot edits do not trigger You have new messages, which makes the bot's operation transparent for the users.
