- The bot approvals group can not usurp accounts, but you could request that the old account be renamed there, with extenuating circumstances to why it must be done. You could use "Mediation Bot" or some other variant though. — xaosflux Talk 01:56, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Mmm - I'll be happy to run the bot under any account - it's not a problem for me to change that bot's setting. Trial is in progress, the bot effectively being in full normal operation. Martinp23 20:15, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
