Function details: This task consists of two scripts.

The first one will be run every 1 minute, to check if there is a sandbox header on the sandbox. If there is no sandbox header, it will prepend {{Sandbox heading}} \n\n to the sandbox.
The second one will run every hour. It will overwrite the content of all sandboxes with:
