Strong oppose : Despite our remarks on fr:Wikipédia:Bot/Statut#King Willan Bot, explaining him that he needs more experience on pywikipedia and interwikis, he is asking elsewhere botflags without waiting:

When asked why his bot did these edits ([1] and [2]), removing a bunch of interwikis, he answered well, I clicked on one of these interwikis, and clicked on the French interwiki : it didn't bring me back to my originating page, so I removed the interwiki.
It is a error, it is edited, error because bad version. My bot is now on the lattest version.--King Willan Bot (talk) 13:47, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
He is also asking questions on pywikipedia at this very moment, which proves that he does not know yet how these scripts works. (e.g. fr:Wikipédia:Le Bistro/2 janvier 2008#Pywikipedia, where he asks how to use the -start option...)

My opinion is that this person is not qualified enough to apply for a botflag: He apparently does not understand the interwikis procedures, nor is able to understand how pywikipedia scripts works. NicDumZ ~ 12:23, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
