[edit]A equal request is being made at the commons here. Compwhiz II(Talk)(Contribs) 00:40, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Copied from my Commons comment: Please make sure that all images copied here have sufficient source, licence, and sometimes permission information. We have seen these types of bots operate, and there are some images that do not have the aforementioned required information. 哦,是吗?(O-person) 03:20, 20 February 2008 (GMT)
- This is done since I will over look each Image before uploading. Compwhiz II(Talk)(Contribs) 03:27, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Approved for trial (50 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Manually assisted is fine, as long as you know image policies (which I am assuming you do). Soxred93 | talk bot 00:23, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Stop See [1] The bot changed the name on commons but didnt update the link on en.wiki Mønobi 22:18, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Noted will work on a solution. Looks like I will use image.py CWii(Talk|Contribs) 23:38, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Trial is done Apologies as I did make 51 edits by mistake. The problem that Monobi brought up is still a problem. I would appreciate an addition to the trial so I could test using image.py and I would greatly love if someone could give me a hand with programming so that the image changing is done automatically. Thanks, CWii(Talk|Contribs) 21:45, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- {{BAGAssistanceNeeded}} Could I get an extension on my trial? please? CWii(Talk|Contribs) 01:22, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- 1 extra edit shouldn't be an issue. I'd suggest allowing this bot an additional 100 edits, in order to confirm it will operate as designed. SQLQuery me! 08:45, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Approved for trial (150 edits or 10 days). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. -- Cobi(t|c|b) 09:40, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Problem, imagecopy.py isn't working. Can someone else confirm this? CWii(Talk|Contribs) 02:25, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Hm, now its fine :) CWii(Talk|Contribs) 23:23, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Okay the trial is over. But there is still one problem left.
- The bot doesn't clean up after itself when there is a name change.
I'm trying to make this happen automatically, but because of other things, I couldn't do it. If someone could work one-on-one with me to make this work will make me SO pleased. Thank you! CWii(Talk|Contribs) 23:59, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Ahem ;) CWii(Talk|Contribs) 23:28, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Come On!! Please? :) CWii(Talk|Contribs) 22:10, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Apparently, nobody has the time to help you out. I would suggest that you work through the problem yourself, and ask for help when you need it, rather than requesting a mentor to go through the whole process holding your hand. — Werdna talk 05:25, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
