Function details: The previous BRFA (linked above) approved Category:AfD debates relisted 3 or more times, so pretty much, Category:Relisted AfD debates is the new part (again see the previous BRFA for more details). Also, the updated script checks for <noinclude>...</noinclude> around the category and removes them while removing the category (see Special:Diff/693786374). Trial complete. Here you go. They were only those from the plain relisted category, none from the 3 or more, considering that #28 ran a few hours ago and made 8 edits. Based on the code, won't the bot make two edits if it has both categories? Also, to be safer, you should probably only remove strings of the form <noinclude>[cats]</noinclude> or [cats], as the current regex will remove <noinclude>[other stuff][cats]</noinclude>. — Earwig ^talk 22:25, 6 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Approved. This is fine, but I'm thinking that we should really get User:Mr.Z-man/closeAFD2.js modified as well, as it is frequently used and would save the bot from a large number of edits. I'll poke around. — Earwig ^talk 07:11, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
