[edit]- Looks good. Normal AWB bot request. ~ Wikihermit 23:40, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Everything looks standard. Approved for trial (50 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Matt/TheFearow (Talk) (Contribs) (Bot) 23:51, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Trial complete: results. — xaosflux Talk 00:20, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- One major issue: Please go and add timestamps to all messages. Timestamps are required for archiving bots, and they will not archive properly without. Another issue, see this diff. You should add it to the talk page of the base page. In that case, it left it on the talk page of part of their userpage design. Once these are fixed Approved for trial (10 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete., then I will fully approve. Matt/TheFearow (Talk) (Contribs) (Bot) 00:55, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Also, if necessary, consider a 50-edit trial for another bot to add timestamps if you don't want to do it yourself. Matt/TheFearow (Talk) (Contribs) (Bot) 00:56, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Added new task of repairing minor errors in bot runs as a perm-task (we get these from time to time from small bot runs to large ones (e.g. signpost errors!). See edits marked as ((fix timestamp from notice)) as both the repair from above, and the example of this task. — xaosflux Talk 01:27, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Researched User_talk:ClockworkSoul/userpage/panel right that page, it appears that ClockworkSoul has added their user categories there (instead of <includeonly>'ing them) throwing it off, will have to resolve those manually in the future for now. — xaosflux Talk 01:27, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Reran trial of 10 items, rolled back first few myself as a testing error (bad inline link), then ran 10 solid ones. See edits marked as (Project Notice Delivery...) — xaosflux Talk 01:27, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Serious issue: You forgot the / in the /small tag, causing the page below to be unusable. I have reverted the edits, please re-run with fix. Approved for trial (5 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Matt/TheFearow (Talk) (Contribs) (Bot) 02:00, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- But of course, it's a slightly easy mistake to make! After all, Ral has done it before with the signpost (and that *really* sucks). Cbrown1023 talk 02:14, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Yep. At least it wasnt much work to fix. Better than a user welcoming thousands of users with a template with similair problems, or someone using a RTL character in an edit summary on a popularly-wtched page, without being reverted for a while. - Argh! Yes indeed (thus the "fixing" task for this bot :)). As no problems with the fix task above were mentioned (and looking through the history shows that this error was present on all edits) I'm running the repair on all of the edits. Will try the whole-she-bang after this cleanup run and post back. — xaosflux Talk 02:46, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- OK, Re-ran 5 edits, found my pre-processor had an issue and duplicated the first name on the list, resolved that; re-trialed 10 edits (see edits with summary (Wikipedia:CVU Project Status Notification) for what will hopefully be the last trial here. Obvious issue, the target text needs to be exact (main issue with these trials--selecting the users and posting the text is working fine) and any future runs will be to a project or mine own sandbox first as part of the manual sanity check. — xaosflux Talk 03:10, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- It all seems good now. Approved. Matt/TheFearow (Talk) (Contribs) (Bot) 03:46, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
