Function details: Since the badges are moved to Wikidata and it'll be usable for clients this week, Link FA and Link GA won't be needed anymore. Since it can't be updated and maintained they should be removed. The bot just removes in case the badge is already in Wikidata (which is correct for almost all of them since my bot did that).

The bot can remove the templates now if they are all imported as the software is completely deployed on all Wikipedias now. If you prefer to use different icons then the ones we currently provide you can add your wiki on meta:Wikidata/Development/Badges#Requests_for_different_icons where we collect those cases and decide later which we want to support by the software for performance and loading time reasons as well as different skin support.
