Discussion
[edit]Denied. First off, a bot may not operate itself. The operator mentioned on the bot's user page, User:Bpatcyprotex, has made no edits to this Wikipedia, or to any other MediaWiki wiki using that username, which makes this a prime candidate for WP:BOTNOTNOW as there is no evidence that this user has enough experience with our policies and guidelines to be trusted to run a bot. Further, there is little reason to get approval at all for a read-only bot as it will not be taking any action on-wiki, and for this particular task any advantage of having apihighlimits would probably be better served by using a database dump instead.
I suggest reading the pages you need to read from a normal account or from a database dump. Once you get to the point of proposing actual edits you could file a new request for approval, but first I strongly recommend you join WikiProject Pharmacology and/or other related WikiProjects (e.g. Medicine or Chemicals), and get some experience editing articles as a normal user.
