Function overview:
- Bottastic is an AWB bot.
- Botastic takes instructions from its operator to get started and then may run in automatic mode once started on a task.
- Takes instruction from its owner to delete categories or recategorize based on instructions at WP:CFDW.
- Botastic is able to do some tasks which normally would require manual editing, such as those found at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Working/Manual#Multiple merge targets.

[edit]Denied. It's clear you're not ready to be a bot operator, since you couldn't even fill out the bot request form without breaking the wikitext. Further, you registered your account only 13 days ago and have made only 65 edits, which isn't enough time for you to demonstrate that you're familiar with the English Wikipedia's policies and guidelines as is expected of a bot operator.
