Discussion
[edit]Bots on the English Wikipedia are approved for specific tasks, not unspecified "other functions". I am also concerned that you seem to have no experience with the English Wikipedia, and little on any other. Anomie⚔ 00:16, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Ok, in this case, it will be a interwiki bot. BlackMarik (talk) 01:11, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- According to Luxo's tool, you appear to have barely over 25 edits on all the wikimedia projects, of which 6 relates to request bot authorization. While interwiki bots are simple to operate, I'm a concerned about the user apparent lack of experience on Wikimedia projects. Unless I'm missing something, I'd suggest you get a bit more experience before start running bots, especially on multiple projects. Snowolf How can I help? 13:27, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- I think, BlackMarik, that I want to put this on hold until you get a bit more experience. Play arround on the Spanish and English wikipedias for a while, until you are a bit more experienced. Tim1357 talk 14:36, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Denied. When you are a bit more established on both projects, please come back here and re-open this BRFA. Thanks, Tim1357 talk 14:36, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
