Discussion
[edit]Denied. Sorry, but this is not a good task for a bot. Bots are good at repetitive tasks that have easily defined patterns, where few decisions have to be made (e.g. archiving talk pages, sending newsletters around to groups of users, that kind of thing). Determining what is an unsourced statement or a self-published source requires human judgment, something bots don't have. Additionally, you are very new to Wikipedia (so welcome, and have fun!), and we generally wait for a user to get used to how things work here and get a bit more experience before approving their bot.
If you're interested in bots, I'd recommend having a read through Wikipedia:Creating a bot as well as Wikipedia:Bot requests and Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval to get an idea of how bots work, and what kind of things they can and can't do, as well as how they are created and approved. --Chris 03:22, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
