Function details: The bot will do the following:
- Notify editors on their talk pages when their review is about to be closed.
- Close reviews that meet the conditions (currently: reviewed, at least 30 days old, no activity for 7 days, and user notified of impending closure at least 3 days ago).
- Add closed reviews to the archive pages.
- (Possible future) Update archive listings, e.g. on Wikipedia:Editor review/Header.
