Function Details: Per request, the bot will replace {{Film needs cast section}}, {{Filmimage}}, and {{Film needs synopsis}} with the corresponding need-X parameters to {{Film}}. On the pages it edits for this reason, the bot will also bypass redirects to {{Film}}, remove the obsolete parameters importance, attention, auto, and portal[12345]-name, and check the numbering on any banner shells in case that needs updating.

Discussion

Note that the bot will not go through all 54333 uses of {{Film}} looking for parameters to remove or redirects to bypass; it will only take these actions on pages it is already editing to remove the three named templates.
