Some articles will automatically be skipped by AWB.
PUA characters
[edit]If raw PUA characters appear in an article, AWB will issue a warning (one warning only, for the first such article in the run), and then skip all such articles; in pre-parse mode, the articles are skipped without warning. The skipped articles can be found in the "Logs" tab of AWB with the skip reason "Page has character in Unicode Private Use Area".
Redirects
[edit]The following type of redirects will be skipped:
- Recursive redirects. Redirects that redirect to redirect
- Redirects to a special page
- Redirects to non-mainspace (only if Filter non-mainspace is enabled)
Special page types
[edit]- Custom CSS pages
- Custom JavaScript pages
- Pages with unsupported or invalid Unicode character. They cause API MD5 hash error.
