What you can do:
Search for the article in a new tab or window, and check if the article is on the subject you want to cover anyway.
- If the article is on the subject you want to cover anyway, just go and edit it.
- if the article is on a different subject, you'll need to choose a slightly different name, to "disambiguate" between the two topics.
- See Wikipedia:Disambiguation for details on how to do that correctly (you need to choose a good page name, and also correctly link the pages)
- Or go back to the previous page of the Article Wizard and create a userspace draft, and sort out the naming issue later. You'll get directions on where to ask for help after creating a draft.
- Or just go to Wikipedia:New contributors' help page to ask for help now.
