Westmaas (Dutch pronunciation: [ʋɛstˈmaːs]) is a village in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is located about 14 km south of the city of Rotterdam, next to Mijnsheerenland in the municipality of Hoeksche Waard.[3] In 2020, the population was 2,065.[4]

Westmaas developed after the Munnikenland was enclosed by a dike in 1439.[5] The village was founded by Carthusian monks.[6] It became an independent parish in 1458. The Dutch Reformed church is an aisleless church built in 1651. It was restored between 1966 and 1967.[5]

Westmaas was home to 768 people in 1840.[6] Westmaas was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1984, when it became part of Binnenmaas.[7] Since 1 January 2019, it is part of the new municipality Hoeksche Waard.[3]
