Ward Township is one of eleven townships in Randolph County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,059 (down from 1,109 at 2010[4]) and it contained 469 housing units.[2]
History
[edit]Ward Township was established in 1820.[5]
Geography
[edit]According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.88 square miles (95.5 km2), of which 36.75 square miles (95.2 km2) (or 99.65%) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2) (or 0.35%) is water.[4]
