Volodymyr Serhiyovych Raskatov (Ukrainian: Володимир Сергійович Раскатов; 23 October 1957– 11 January 2014) was a Soviet and Ukrainian freestyle swimmer who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics.[1][2]
