Vladimir Nikolaevich Vasilyev (Russian: Влади́мир Никола́евич Васи́льев, Ukrainian: Володи́мир Микола́йович Васи́льєв; born August 8, 1967) is a Russian science fiction writer and musician.

Music
[edit]Vladimir Vasilyev is also a guitar player and is also known as a singer and composer. In his songs, Vasilyev uses fantastical and unrealistic motifs. His most well-known song is "Battlecat's March" (Марш Бойцовых котов), which has an allusion to Arkady and Boris Strugatsky's novel The Kid from Hell ("Парень из Преисподней").
