Vaughtia gruveli is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails.[1]

The length of the shell attains 13 mm.

Etymology

This snail is named after Jean Abel Gruvel[1]

Distribution

This marine species occurs off the Western Sahara.
