Welcome!

[edit]

Hiya. For a short-cut way to remove vandalism, see the section on the 'Manual method' here: Help:Reverting. It's a lot faster, and you can be sure that you catch everything. While normally you have to worry about the 3RR rule, introducing libelous material about living people is explicitly not covered under that rule (Wikipedia:Three-revert rule) and can be stomped on as many times as you like. I've left a warning on the user's talk page, but if they continue it's a good idea to report them to this page: Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard. The reason no-one has dealt with these bad edits yet is that Wikipedia's just too big to notice everything (it slipped through the cracks), and this user has described their vandalism as 'rv:vandalism', so it looks like the opposite of what it is. Anyway, welcome to Wikipedia! Ziggurat 21:07, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
