File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:HuangZiTao, at Versus Versace, SS2016 London Fashion Week, 19 Sep 2015, FashionIfeng.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 02:54, 18 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Ztaobb, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Exo (band) has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. However, there are steps that must be taken to verify that license before you do. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are public domain or compatibly licensed), it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at the help desk before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dr. K. 23:43, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Caballero1967. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Tao (entertainer) has been undone because it did not appear constructive. Please, engage in a better editing practice with the other editors. It is not recommended you just delete sources without explanation. Without a justification and sources, your actions seem inappropriate and damaging. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Caballero/Historiador (talk) 13:54, 21 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

February 2016

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Tao (entertainer). Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.ξxplicit 03:34, 17 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please see Tao's talk page.

William

[edit]

Hi Ztaobb,

Please note I am revising my former stance, on the issue of William , Tao's role in the movie you are my sunshine, as other contributors have come forward to show screencaps of the movie credits and all actors aside from the main lead couple were listed under special guest appearance, therefore the must then analyze Tao's character in the movie and it's listing in the billing, it fits better with the definition of supporting role not special guest appearance as it's defined and It doesn't respect the definition of cameo either it fits with supporting role.

Therefore his role either has to be listed as supporting role or not defined at all on the wiki page to reach consensus as I agree with the others.

Oddyessey List

[edit]

Hi Ztaobb,

You accidentally removed the Sohu list saying that it's the Odyssey list and it's not valid. I had already changed my mind and decided to agree with you and removed the Odyssey mention a few days ago: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Tao_(entertainer)&diff=706197252&oldid=706195261 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Versatile29 (talkcontribs) 13:06, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You are still edit warring

[edit]

You are still edit warring in Tao (entertainer). I've already explained that you must discuss your disagreements on the talk page before making any changes. This is your absolute final warning. Any further disruption and you will be blocked. — ξxplicit 02:20, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 36 for your persistent disruptive editing, including edit warring and that serious WP:BLP issue you introduced to the article, as you did at Tao (entertainer). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  — ξxplicit 07:22, 28 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

[edit]

Hello, Ztaobb. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
