User talk:Zorblek
Welcome to Wikipedia!
[edit]Hello Zorblek, welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips:
- Take a look at the Simplified Ruleset.
- Read the Tutorial, How to edit a page and the Manual of Style.
- Find out how to revert, move and merge pages.
- Sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
- Add yourself to the New user log and a regional notice board
- Ask questions at the Village pump or Help desk.
- Use the Show preview button
- Provide an Edit summary
- Add the correct image copyright tag to any images you upload
- Create a User page
- Be bold
- Ignore all rules
If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.
If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing, Alphax τεχ 03:16, 11 September 2005 (UTC)

Everett High School
[edit]You must be really smart. Have you seen Everett High lately? I am a student, and I have been harrased by staff members for years. First, they deliberated screwed up my schedule so I couldn't get into the honors classes I wanted, my geometry teacher stole my book and denied it, so I had to pay a $50 fine, the vice-principal constantly harasses me because I am Taiwanese, and my P.E. teacher gave me a 'B' after I sat out of P.E. for 2 days cause I had breathing problems. And if you think I am bending the truth, I AM NOT! If you don't trust me, go to Everett High and see for yourself what Nazi Matthews has done to the once prosperous Everett High. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Everetthighschool2 (talk • contribs) 00:34, August 21, 2007 (UTC).

Invitation to Meetup/Seattle6, a focus group
[edit]Hello. I'm part of a research group at the University of Washington (Seattle campus), and my group is reaching out to Wikipedians in the Puget Sound area. We're hosting a focus group designed to gather information on what Wikipedians would like to know about each other when interacting on Wikipedia. Our end goal is to create an embedded application that helps people quickly know more about others' history and activity on Wikipedia, and we feel our design will be much more useful if it's based on insights of users like you.
I'm hoping that the chance to help out local researchers, to engage in lively face-to-face discussion with other Seattle Wikipedians, and to contribute to Wikipedia in a new way will entice you to join us. The session lasts 2 hours and snacks are provided. Sessions will be held on UW Seattle campus - directions will be sent after registration. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated!
Willing and able to help us out? RSVP here. Want to know more? Visit our user talk page . Please help us contact other local Wikipedians, too! Commprac01 (talk) 01:56, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
