Thank your for uploading this picture, but it could have a better quality/usability if uploaded in a vector form. I guess, you made it not in Microsoft Paint, but in some kind of vector editor. If this editor supports exporting the graphics to SVG, then you should upload an SVG version to Commons. If it does not, or if the file was made by some program, please, publish the source somewhere (or upload to my ftp[1]), which will allow me to help with making an SVG version.
