Holocaust and Freemasons
[edit]I think that I accidentally reverted your removal of the Freemasons when I corrected the Croatian vandalism. You can see from my argument with Grazon on my Talk page that I agree with you that the addition of the Masons was inappropriate, and apologize for the confusion. --Goodoldpolonius2 19:43, 19 October 2005 (UTC)
- No problem, all is well. zerofoks 19:54, 19 October 2005 (UTC)
Dates & URLs
[edit]Thanks, I try to avoid URLs. I should be finished within 24 hours, and if I do this exercise again it will be a much smarter process under User:SmackBot (which is a pipe dream at the moment.) Thanks again, Rich Farmbrough 20:41, 21 October 2005 (UTC) P.S. You were quick to spot this! Rich Farmbrough
New source on Freemasons
[edit]I have a new source which states "In 1934, Leo Muffelmann, the Grand Master and founder of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Germany, died as a direct result of his incarceration in a concentration camp." http://bessel.org/naziartl.htm Grazon 04:22, 24 October 2005 (UTC) filed subsequently by --zerofoks 22:16, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
- First of all: The appropriate place for discussion is here. Please go & talk there about this issue so others can form an opinion, too.
- Second: Please sign your comments. You do this by just writing four tildes after each other: ~~~~. This is generally accepted Wikipedia:Wikiquette!
- To answer your point: No, I am afraid the death of one (!) high-ranking member of an organization generally not approved by the nazis won't do. But please, as I said, let's return to the actual talk page of the Holocaust article. I will not answer further contacts about this here until it is resolved there.

But maybe *I* am righteous!
[edit]In all seriousness, thanks for the fix ;) Sherurcij 13:43, 27 November 2005 (UTC)
- No problem. Good luck with achieving that sort of fame in the end, keep reaching for the rainbow! --zerofoks 14:06, 27 November 2005 (UTC)
Anti-German
[edit]Do you have any ideas on how we could improve this article? The German one doesn't seem good enough yet to do a full translation. I've been reading about the topic and have some understanding but would be interested to hear your thoughts. Best, Tfine80 04:21, 3 December 2005 (UTC)
- I am sorry to say that I think the best solution would be for the German article to come to some sort of consensual state which would be useable. More formally though, the English article could use some sort of sorting the different issues or themes of the movement into different sections (i.e. "Zionism", "Pro-Americanisms", etc.). Other than that, I have no idea, really. --zerofoks 12:36, 3 December 2005 (UTC)
Category:2ch
[edit]NekoDaemon has been upgraded with a security patch on the soft redirect of {{categoryredirect}}. Please be advised that a reviewing administrator is now required in the use of the template for the bot to operate on any categories the template is used on. Approval usually can be done through WP:CFD. --AllyUnion (talk) 11:57, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
John Cage portrait
[edit]Susan Schwartzenberg is the taker of the [John Cage] picture. I don't remember where I found it anymore, but a Google image search comes up with that picture many times on assorted websites. So I guess I don't know the copyright status. Take it down if you want. - Sajt 09:41, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
