"Review of Eighteen Years in the Khyber, 1879–1898 by Col. Sir Robert Warburton"
[edit]Hi, I just noticed you added a 25th citation to the Afridi article. The book review which you cite should have its publication named and the actual title of the review article, plus the issue and date, and the author placed in the author field, separate from the title. If it's online, a URL is important, too. You can use one of the templates from the "Templates" drop-down menu in the edit box header for this. That way, readers of the article might have a chance of finding the mentioned review material you are citing. Use of citation templates is the overall best approach to citing sources in WP articles.--Quisqualis (talk) 23:14, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
Malik Muhammad Akbar Afridi in Afridi article
[edit]You will need to find a source regarding Malik Muhammad Akbar Afridi's notability. Also, the source should mention in what capacity he met the English notables. Some sort of headman or leader?--Quisqualis (talk) 16:20, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- I can't find a source but I have a picture of their formal visit in Pakistan , will that work? Also he's a Chief of the Sipah tribe and the whole Fata province was under his authority until Zia-Ul-Haq regime came into place. Zaros Holstein (talk) 18:01, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- You can cite the image URL wherever it appears online. I doubt a copyright-free image is available for upload.--Quisqualis (talk) 18:42, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
The image is copyright free , no worries there . I'll upload it soon as I can . Zaros Holstein (talk)Zaros Holstein
Please check if I have uploaded the images the correct way. Thank You Zaros Holstein (talk)Zaros Holstein

[edit]Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 23:51, 30 January 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. Your recent edit to Afridi appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you.
