Welcome!

Hello, Zanthius, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, please be sure to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, or three tildes (~~~) for just your name. If you have any questions, you can post to the help desk or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! -- Francs2000 | Talk 19:14, 28 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Dxun.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you. Shyam (T/C) 10:08, 11 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article Holopantheism has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced two line article with no evidence of notability. Needs no more than a footnote in a parent article.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Verbal chat 15:32, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Excess formatting

[edit]

Hi Zanthius, please don't decorate your Talk page comments with color and formatting like you did here and here. The first one got hidden, and I just removed the excess formatting from the second and and replaced it with the plain text. It's cool to use it on your User pages, but on article Talk pages the use of plain text is standard. Thanks... Zad68 03:00, 17 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Doublerainbowstar3.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Doublerainbowstar3.gif. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:05, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
