Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Zaffar.awan Top, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Kashmiris does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  Kautilya3 (talk) 20:35, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ARBIPA sanctions alert

[edit]
This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.
You had this already. But just in case you think that opening a new account lets you off the hook... Kautilya3 (talk) 20:37, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent racist editing and personal attacks from both User:Zaffar.awan and this account (same person). Note that both your accounts have been blocked, and that a block applies to the person, not to an account. This means you may not create any more accounts.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bishonen | talk 15:35, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
i am sorry for this and i apologize to Kautilya3 as well. Kindly unblock me and give a chance. Zaffar.awan Top (talk) 15:50, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No, I will not. If you'd like a different, previously uninvolved, administrator to take a look, please use the template (the stuff in curly brackets) in my block notice, as instructed, and it will automatically call an uninvolved admin here. Let me know if you would like me to put your appeal above into the template for you. I really think you had better give your request more thought, though, to have any chance at all. Did you read the guide to appealing blocks? I don't think you did. Try it. Bishonen | talk 15:57, 19 November 2017 (UTC).[reply]

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
